A new portable game console inspired by the nostalgic Game Boy is currently fundraising through a crowdfunding platform. This new 8-bit game console is about the size of a matchbox. Moreover, it does not come with a speaker or battery. There is also a set price for those who want to have a device that surprises those who see it with such features.

Those who wish can both support the project and pre-order the device by paying $29 through a crowdfunding platform. The estimated delivery date is June 2023.
A library of more than 300 8-bit retro-inspired games is stated to come preloaded on the tiny console.
Another remarkable point is that the device does not come with a built-in speaker or battery. Instead, there are solder points on the back of the device for both the battery and speaker. A portable battery connected to the USB-C port can be used to power the device.

According to The Verge; This device, called Arduboy Mini, is about the size of a matchbox. The 8-bit game console has a monochromatic 128 x 64 pixel OLED display. It is said that the device, which houses a 16MHz ATmega32u4 processor and 6 buttons (on the back of which there is another button for resetting the console), has an open design that encourages exploration of coding and will allow 8-bit game development.
